Terms of Service

webclaw3 helps AI agents turn a successful browser exploration into a reusable, deterministic skill that runs on your own machine. The Service is currently offered as an open beta and may change or be interrupted at any time.

Some features require an account created via Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access key confidential.

You agree to use webclaw3 lawfully and to respect the terms, rate limits, and robots policies of the websites you automate. You must not use the Service to access data you are not authorized to access, to infringe others’ rights, or to cause harm, spam, or abuse.

Skill generation includes a free allowance per account; failed generations are not counted. Running and repairing skills locally is free. We may introduce or change paid quotas beyond the free allowance; any such changes will be communicated in advance.

You retain ownership of your tasks and configurations. If you choose to contribute site page-structure data, you grant us a license to use it to build and improve shared skills. Contributed data contains no personal information, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Automated browser tasks can fail or behave unexpectedly when sites change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, webclaw3 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
